Step 1: Information and appointment
Simply fill in the contact form below.
We'll start with a 30-minute to 1-hour meeting, by call, videoconference or over coffee, to discuss your needs and objectives.
Step 2: Quote and deposit
After our meeting, a detailed estimate will be sent to you to define the outline of the project. I'll present you with different package options to look at, according to the needs we've identified together. Once the quote has been accepted, a 30% deposit is required to start production.
Step 3: Production and collaboration
We work on the project according to the agreed specifications, keeping you informed at every important stage. Once the project is complete, you validate the final work (the remaining 70%).
Step 4: Final validation
After your final approval, I deliver the finished project within the agreed deadline. And that's it!

Need reinforcements
but on a tight budget?
450$ + tax / monthly
We can tailor a package to suit your needs, but our standard retainer package offers 10 hours of dedicated time each month at a discounted rate of $45 per hour. It operates on a "use it or lose it" basis, meaning any unused hours won't carry over to the following month. However, if we surpass the 10-hour mark, we'll extend a discounted hourly rate for any additional work undertaken.
